S.L. 595.13 Art. 29Refund of deposits.

In its decision the Board shall decide whether any deposit submitted by a candidate in terms of regulation 31 should be refunded, in whole or in part, or otherwise, giving written reasons for such conclusion and the conclusion of the Board shall be final and binding.
