S.L. 595.13 Art. 28Form of decisions taken.

All decisions taken by the Board shall be rendered in writing, signed by all the members of the Board and dated. The Board shall indicate the reasons upon which such decision was taken and the decision shall include its conclusions which shall be binding on the procuring entity and all the candidates involved.
