A broad categorisation of offences and of corresponding penalties that may be imposed under these regulations by the Prime

Minister acting on the recommendation of the Commission, or by a Head of Department to whom disciplinary control has been delegated in accordance with article 110 of the Constitution, is listed in the Schedule: Provided that the penalties applicable to police officers shall be those set out in articles 31 and 32 of the Police Act.
