S.L. 94.13 Art. 5Meetings.

The Board shall hold monthly meetings as specified in paragraph 4 (3) of the Second Schedule attached to the Ordinance. In addition, meetings of the Board may be summoned at any other time by direction of the Chairman and shall also be summoned on a written request signed by not less than three of the members and/or additional members and addressed to the Chairman, who shall cause such meeting to be convened within seven days of the receipt of such request.
