S.L. 94.13 Art. 38Keeping of separate registers. Cap. 31.

Separate registers shall be kept for the registration of -

(a) apothecaries;

(b) assistant apothecaries: Provided that the register of apothecaries shall contain a supplementary part in which shall be entered the name of any apothecary to whom a temporary licence has been granted by the Minister responsible for Health under the provisions of article 19(2) of the Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance.
