S.L. 94.13 Art. 35Accuracy of minutes.

No motion or discussion shall take place upon the minutes except upon their accuracy, and any question of their accuracy shall be raised by motion. If no such question is raised, or if it is raised, as soon as it has been disposed of, the Chairman shall declare that the minutes are confirmed.
