S.L. 94.13 Art. 13Order of business

The order of business at each regular meeting shall be as follows:

(a) (i) reading, amendment, confirmation and signature by the Chairman or by the Chairman elected by the meeting, of the minutes of the previous meeting;

(ii) business arising out of the minutes;

(b) correspondence;

(c) matters of urgency;

(d) adjourned business;

(e) reports of committees;

(f) motions on the notice-paper.
