S.L. 639.13 Art. 7Additional obligations.

For the purpose of limiting or avoiding the degradation of agricultural land the Minister, in consultation with the Director, may prescribe additional temporary obligations, emergency measures and, or requirements as may be published by notice in the Gazette.
