S.L. 639.13 Art. 14Exemptions.

The Director may exempt any person from the obligation to register agricultural land according to these regulations if said person proves to the satisfaction of the Director that he cannot register such agricultural land or he cannot conduct on it the minimum level of agricultural activity in accordance with regulation 6.
