S.L. 460.41 Art. 6Function of the Committee.
PART II – ENFORCEMENT COMMITTEE, CRITICAL
It shall be the duty of the Committee to issue decisions in relation to the imposition of an administrative penalty in accordance with articles 32, 33, 34 and 38.
