S.L. 460.20 Art. 3The Specified Treaty shall be considered as one with the Treaty.

For the purposes of article 2(2) of the Act it is hereby declared that the Specified Treaty shall be considered as one with the Treaty immediately upon the coming into force of the Specified

Treaty between all the signatory states thereof as provided in paragraph 2 of Article 6 of the Specified Treaty.
