The Licensing Authority may demand payment of the following penalties for the breach of any of the following articles of the Medicines Act:
(a) articles 20, 24, 28, 37, 39, 41 and 43 ......... €23,293.73
(b) articles 54, 56, 58 and 61 .......................... €11,646.87
(c) articles 44, 45, 66(1), 71, 75(3), 75(4), 76(1), 81(1), 91 and 98 ............................. €9,317.49
(d) articles 59, 60, 65, 74(b), 75(1), 75(2), 84, 93, 94(1) and 96 ....................................... €6,988.12
(e) articles 31, 78, 85(1), 85(2) and 94(2) ....... €4,658.75
(f) articles 73(1) and 94(3) ............................ €2,329.37
