S.L. 458.37 Art. 13Offences and penalties.

Any breaches of:

(a) regulations 3(1) and 4 shall be an offence and shall be liable to penalties under article 99(1)(a) of the Act;

(b) regulation 5 shall be an offence and shall be liable to penalties as prescribed under article 99(1)(b) of the Act;

(c) regulations 8, 9 and 10 shall be an offence and shall be liable to penalties as prescribed under article 99(1)(d) of the Act.
