S.L. 452.95 Art. 13Provisions in contracts, agreements or other rules.

Any provisions contrary to the principle of equal treatment in any law, individual or collective contracts or agreements, internal rules of undertakings, or rules governing any registered organisation in terms of the Act, shall, on entry into force of these regulations, be considered null and void.
