S.L. 437.105 Art. 15Criteria for contingency plans.

(1) The competent authority shall draw up a contingency plan, specifying how it shall implement the measures prescribed in these rules. This plan shall allow access to facilities, equipment, personnel and all other appropriate materials necessary for the rapid and efficient eradication of the disease.

(2) The criteria to be applied for drawing up the plans referred to in sub-rule (1) are established in Schedule III. The plans may subsequently be amended or supplemented in accordance with the same procedure to take account of developments in the situation.
