S.L. 431.3 Art. 7Experience of Board members. 

All members of the Board to be appointed in accordance with regulation 6(1)(b) to (f), are to be appointed after taking into consideration their experience in social dialogue and, or competence in competitiveness and productivity so as to ensure that the Board consists of people capable of fulfilling the objectives of the Council Recommendation and the requirements of these regulations.
