S.L. 33.7 Art. 27Licensing of manufacturing activities.
Whenever the Commissioner of Police issues a licence in accordance with regulation 26, the Commissioner of Police shall seek the advice of the Explosives Committee or of the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority in relation to the compliance of operators with technical commitments.
