Cap. 89 Art. 13Drums, etc., improperlymarked etc., liable to forfeiture.

Every drum or package containing methylated spirits, which is not numbered and marked as provided in article 10, shall, at the discretion of the Comptroller of Customs, be liable to forfeiture together with its contents.
