(1) The Declaration of Intent Regulations are hereby repealed without prejudice to anything done or omitted to be done thereunder.

(2) Upon the coming into force of the Property Market Agency Act, 2024 the subsidiary legislation listed in the first column of the Schedule shall be deemed to have been made under the corresponding provisions of this Act, and shall be renumbered accordingly as specified in the third column of the said Schedule.
