Cap. 644 Art. 23Expiration and renewal of licence.

A licence shall, unless it is revoked earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Act, remain valid until the expiration of five

(5) years from when it is issued, and shall be renewed after the expiration of the said period unless there are grounds not to renew the licence as provided under this Act.
