Cap. 607 Art. 18Advisory Committee.

There shall be an Advisory Committee to provide a forum for consultation with stakeholders, which shall meet at least twice a year and which shall be chaired by the Chairperson and, or the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority. The Advisory Committee shall be composed of representatives of private and public further education institutions, of representatives of private and public higher education institutions, of representatives of students, of representatives of civil society, of representatives of the business community, and of representatives of trade unions which represent the majority of employees in the further and higher education sector.
