On the coming into force of this Act, the Minister responsible for education may, by notice or notices in the Gazette, establish the date of the repeal of the Education Act:

Provided that the Minister responsible for education may by such notice or notices in the Gazette establish different dates for the repeal of different provisions and for different purposes of the

Education Act.
