Cap. 55 Art. 61Numbering of registers.

(1) The said registers shall be numbered within one month from the last day of the time prescribed for the registration.

(2) Such numbering shall begin, both for the registers of wills and for the registers of acts from the first page of the inter vivos, respective first act and shall continue to the last page of the last act received during the year.

(3) The proviso to sub-article (3) of article 55 shall mutatis apply. mutandis
