Cap. 55 Art. 142Limitation of disciplinary action.

The disciplinary action against any notary for any contravention under the provisions of this Act, punishable with admonition and reprimand, fine (a , suspension or mmenda) deprivation of office, shall be barred by the lapse of five years from the day on which the contravention was committed.
