Cap. 546 Art. 1Short title and scope.

(1) The short title of this Act is the Re-Use of Public Sector Information Act.

(2) The purpose of this Act is to implement the provisions of

Directive (EU) 2019/1024 of the European Parliament and of the

Council of 20 June 2019 on open data and the re-use of public sector information (recast) and its subsequent implementing acts as well as any other related Directives and Regulations.

(3) This Act shall also apply to facilitate information sharing for public administration purposes in line with any law.
