(1) The provisions of article 21 of the Malta Financial

Services Authority Act shall apply to appeals that mutatis mutandis may be brought before the Tribunal under this Act.

(2) An appeal shall lie to the Tribunal against any decision or action taken by the competent authority with respect to:

(a) any administrative sanction imposed under article 22; or

(b) any order in writing issued in terms of articles 16(6) or 17.
