Cap. 465 Art. 3Superintendent.

This Act shall be administered by the Superintendent:

Provided that in matters related to radiation the Superintendent shall act through the Radiation Protection Board established by the Health and Safety at Work Act, and that in matters related to food safety the Superintendent shall act through the Food Safety Commission established by the Food Safety Act.
