Cap. 321 Art. 4Warrant to practise as inġinier.

(1) The warrant to practise the profession of inġinier shall be issued by the Board to any person who satisfies the requirements of article 3(2), and, where applicable, the provisions of articles 3(3)

and (4).

(2) Without prejudice to the provisos to article 5B(6), any person who is exercising the profession in accordance with this Act may use the designation "Inġinier" or its abbreviation "Inġ." with his name, if he is a warrant holder.
