Cap. 31 Art. 99Imposition of conditions to licence.
PART X
(1) The Superintendent of Public Health may, in granting a licence under articles 22, 33, 89, 92 or 96, impose any such condition as he may deem fit.
(2) Any person duly licensed under any of the said articles 22,
33, 89, 92 or 96 who fails to comply with any condition imposed by the Superintendent of Public Health under sub-article (1) shall be deemed to have acted without the necessary licence.
