Cap. 159 Art. 23Procedure for applications.

Unless otherwise provided in this Ordinance, applications under this Ordinance shall be made and be dealt with in accordance with the provisions contained in the Second Schedule, which may be varied or revoked by rules made by the President of Malta under article 24.
