Cap. 13 Art. 500Action against bankruptcy trustee.

(1) An action against the bankruptcy trustee may be brought by an interested party only on the grounds that the bankruptcy trustee has failed to carry out his functions, whether arising in terms of this Part or by order of the court.

(2) The bankruptcy trustee shall be unlimitedly and personally liable for any damages caused as a result of fraud or gross negligence on his part.
