Cap. 13 Art. 424Assured may abandon at once or reserve his right to do so.

The assured may, by means of the notice mentioned in article 420, either abandon, and claim from the insurer payment of the sum assured within the time fixed in the contract, or reserve his right to abandon within the times fixed by law.
