Cap. 13 Art. 411Other facts giving rise to such presumption.

Such presumption shall also be deemed to exist whensoever, before the signing of the contract of insurance, any vessel shall have come to the place where the contract was made, from the place of the arrival or loss, or from the place whence information of such arrival or loss first came, provided such vessel shall have sailed from the said place after the arrival or loss.
