Cap. 13 Art. 371Proof of anticipated profit.

The anticipated profit is proved by means of the lists of prices current, or, in the absence thereof, by such other means as may establish the amount of profit which might have reasonably been obtained if the goods insured had reached their place of destination after a voyage without any accident.
