If both the voyage and the time are specified in the contract of insurance, the insurer shall run the risks of the entire voyage. Where the duration of the voyage exceeds the time specified, the premium shall be increased in proportion to the excess. Where the voyage is completed in less than the time specified, the premium agreed upon cannot in any way be reduced.
