Cap. 13 Art. 260Provisions relating tobillsofexchange applicable to promissory notes.

The provisions applicable to bills of exchange, and relating to endorsement, joint and several liability, time of aval, maturity, payment, payment for honour, protest, duties and rights of the holder, and re-exchange, shall apply to promissory notes.
