Cap. 13 Art. 132When drawee is deemed to have been put in funds.

The drawee shall be deemed to have been put in funds if, at the time the bill becomes due, he owes a debt to the drawer, or to the party for whose account the bill was drawn, in an amount not less than that specified in the bill.
