Cap. 13 Art. 108Priority of claim of commission merchant.

A commission merchant to whom goods have been forwarded or who has bought goods on behalf of a principal has, even if such goods have been sold and delivered, a preferential claim for reimbursement on the proceeds as against the creditors of the principal, in respect of all advances made by him, and of interest and expenses.
