Cap. 16 Art. 738Institution or legacy deemed to be made conjointly if it depends upon one and the same disposition, etc.
Sub-title I
(1) An institution or a legacy is deemed to be made conjointly, if it depends upon one and the same disposition, and the testator shall not have specified the share of each co-heir or co-
legatee in the inheritance or in the thing bequeathed.
(2) The shares are deemed to have been specified, only if the testator has expressly fixed the share of each. The words "in equal parts" or "in equal portions" alone shall not operate so as to bar the right of accretion.
