Cap. 16 Art. 739Legacy is also deemed tobe made conjointly if thing bequeathed is not divisible.
Sub-title I
A legacy is likewise deemed to be made conjointly if a thing which cannot be divided without injury has been bequeathed by one and the same will to two or more persons, even separately.
