Cap. 16 Art. 742Where usufruct is bequeathed to two or more persons conjointly.
Sub-title I
(1) Where a right of usufruct is bequeathed to two or more persons conjointly, as provided in articles 738 and 739, the provisions of article 382 shall apply, even after the acceptance of the legacy.
(2) Where the usufruct is not bequeathed to such persons conjointly, the vacant portion shall merge in the ownership.
