S.L. 370.32 Art. 26Depositaries of AIFs.

A depositary shall be licensed under the Act to provide depositary services to any collective investment scheme, including

AIFs or limitedly to collective investment schemes as referred to in regulation 4(3), including those AIFs referred to in paragraphs (a) and

(b) thereof.
