S.L. 370.32 Art. 1Citation and scope.

(1) The title of these regulations is the "Investment Services

Act (Depositaries of Collective Investment Schemes) Regulations.

(2) The objective of these regulations is in part to transpose the following:

(a) Articles 22, 22a, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 26a of the UCITS Directive; and

(b) Articles 19(4) second sub-paragraph, 21 and 61(5) of the AIFMD.

(3) These regulations shall be applicable to depositaries of all collective investment schemes.
