S.L. 370.32 Art. 27Applicability of Part 4a.

(1) This Part shall apply solely to depositaries which provide custody services to the following:

(a) Maltese AIFs which are managed by an AIFM; and, or

(b) Maltese self-managed AIFs.

(2) A depositary shall also be guided by the provisions prescribed in the Investment Services Rules for Investment Services Providers applicable to depositaries.
