S.L. 370.32 Art. 25Reporting obligations of the depositary.

(1) The depositary shall, on request, make available to the competent authority all information which it has obtained while performing its duties and that may be necessary for the competent authority or for the European regulatory authorities of the UCITS or the UCITS management company.

(2) Where the UCITS or the UCITS management company are established in a Member State or EEA State, other than Malta, the competent authority shall without delay share the information received with the European regulatory authority of the UCITS and the UCITS management company.
