Les fonctionnaires régis par le présent statut sont répartis entre les grades, classés ci-dessous :

Chef des secrétariats : une classe exceptionnelle comportant un échelon ; une classe normale comportant quatre échelons,

Chef adjoint des secrétariats : quatre échelons.

Attaché des secrétariats : quatre échelons.
