Cap. 16 Art. 885Minors and persons interdicted.
Sub-title III
Minors and persons interdicted shall not be deemed to have forfeited the benefit of inventory except on the expiration of one year from the day on which they shall have attained majority, or the interdiction shall have ceased, as the case may be, unless, within such time, they shall have complied with the provisions of the foregoing articles.
