Cap. 16 Art. 547Set-off of fruits against expenses.

The set-off of the fruits against the expenses mentioned in the foregoing articles shall take place even with regard to the possessor in good faith:

Provided such possessor shall, besides the fruits which he is bound to restore according to the provisions of article 540, be bound to bring into account only the fruits which he shall have collected during the five years preceding the judicial demand of the owner.
