Cap. 16 Art. 476Doubt as to extent of easement.

In case of doubt as to the extent of an easement, its exercise shall be restricted to what is necessary, having regard to the destination of the dominant tenement at the time the easement was created and to the convenient use of such tenement, with the least damage to the servient tenement.
