Cap. 16 Art. 406Where water is requiredfortheuse of man, etc.
Sub-title I
The provisions of the last preceding article shall not apply in the case where one of the owners requires the water for the use of man, or for watering animals or for watering trees which are ordinarily watered; in any such case the right of preference over others who require the water for other uses belongs -
(a) to the person who requires the water for the use of man;
(b) to the person who requires it for watering animals;
(c) to the person who requires it for watering trees.
